Much of my experience as a communications strategist and community manager has centered around creating the conditions for good communication:
⇾ Compiling, organising and disseminating accurate information so it is easily accessible and shareable
⇾ Facilitating and moderating conversations to understand the community’s needs, concerns and interests
⇾ Working closely across teams to ensure that messaging and tone is consistent across all channels, including design and visual components
I’ve striven to create and maintain these conditions across diverse work experience including writing support content and managing help centers for Wunderlist, migrating customers to Microsoft To Do (Wunderlist’s successor), building open-source prototypes in a community space called offline, and managing the social media accounts for the HIGH collective.
